This was done right after the team was presented the Team Championship at this weeks Golfweek Challenge held here at The LODGE at Spirit Hollow. He touches on the final two rounds, how they held off NC State and on Raymond Knoll's first collegiate victory. |

 The Iowa Hawkeyes are Team Champions as they shot a team total -22 for the three days of competition at this years Golfweek Challenge. They led by 7 coming into today, stretched it to 14 shots before winning by 3 shots over NC State. Raymond Knoll won his first collegiate tournament by firing rounds of 66-67-72=205(-11) over a field that included the top junior player of 2014, Ben Burns of LSU and reigning US Amateur/NCAA Individual Champion Bryson Dechambeau of SMU. |

| NC State leads with Iowa sitting 3rd | ||||||||

 Round 1 of the Golfweek Challenge is in the books. NC State was led by David Cooke & Nolan Mills (-6, 66) as the team fired a superb 269(-19). Charleston Southern is sitting in second with 281(-7) and host school, Iowa sit in 3rd with a 284(-4) team total. NC State was able to play in no wind with perfect greens and took advantage of those scoring conditions. Tomorrow should be another great day of weather and scoring. |
